The challenge is to make the interaction design more intuitive, demystify the tech/ engineering side to bring it into more acceptance of the masses by displaying value, and increase utilization for business cases. I attended a presentation on IBM’s Watson v apple’s Siri and Amazon’s Alexa last Thurs. Seems like Watson is more than an intelligent personal assistant & is now already finding medical cures + optimising media spends for major brands. Something humans cannot do as well.
